Color Bins/drawers

I have my embellishments, papers, and flowers sorted and stored by color. It's how I think when I scrap. I don't know necessarily know what I want to put on my page but I know what color I want so I just pull out my boxes with that color and go from there.

Organizing by color sounds like something I'm going to have to try.

this is the 2nd time in a week I have seen embellishments organized by color. I am thinking I like this idea alot.

Color Bins/drawers

My girlfriend followed the Stacy Julian idea of organizing by color, and I decided to do it but not with bins...with 12x12 drawers. I used shallow Rubbermaid disposable containers for the smaller embellishments.

I have alpha stickers, tapes, tags, anything by that color that I cannot put in my theme drawers.
