I participated in the 2008 Charlotte Food & Wine week and was unbelievably lucky to work with Chef Adolfo Munoz and Chef Jaqueline Bruno. Wow. It was an amazing night and even though my culinary career has ended I still cherish that memory. I am having trouble finishing this piece. consider it undone at the moment. I just have a bit of scrapper's block.
