Scrapbooking, painting, card making, these are such great therapy and helped me through a difficult year. My mom died 1 year ago and I have made mini albums and los about her life and the pain is turning into lovely memories. Here, we are at my nephew's shower and Mom and I got a moment together. The poem is by Robert Frost, Nothing Gold Can Stay.
Robert Frost

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.
