The painted cardboard circle adds wonderful texture....an INCREDIBLE page!!!

Journaling "As long as we have lived here, this was the 1st time to visit Tor House & Hawk Tower. The Carmel, Calif. home of American poet Robinson Jeffers from 1919 until his death in 1962. Tor House & Hawk Tower - hand built by Jeffers - and the beautiful rambling garden beloved by his wife Una, overlooking the Pacific Coast is truly beautiful! I tried to capture the nature and age of the place in this layout!" 6/20/10

Hinges -TH- used his new die and then the rusted metal technique I am loving this technique!! Punches-Martha Stewart Flowers- Prima Stamens-vintage from my local store Key - ? Distrezz It All Used the pp from kit to run off Jeffers poem "Against the outcrop boulders of a raised beach We built our house when I and my Love were young. Here long ago......all that we saw or heard was beautiful." I tried to give the feel of walking into the garden through the fence. Hope I achieved that! TFL!! jen
