Pics from before and after a fundraising event for my dd's school in April 2007. Journaling: I talked Darla into going to the Gala this year as our guest. It was fun doing something dressy together. We were out 'til 3 at 545 N. w/ the Managos.
I used a January '09 pagemap for this. The dark block of pp behind the invitation is sewn on to make a pocket for the evening's program. It was very thick so I removed the spiral binding and just saved the pages with the menu, schedule, the decriptions of the silent auction item I won, etc and retied them together with embroidery floss. This is one of those pages that I hate doing -- the pics and memoribilia are the same every year so I have a hard time with it. Just happy it's done for another year -- '09 is already done and we didn't go this year for the first time in 8 years so '08 and the one next year in '11 are the last of them. Yippee.
