My nephew is feeding the pelicans on Tibee Isle in GA..
I made my own film strip. I used every punch maker I had for the red frame. I originally dry brushed red paint and applied adistressed rub-on to the 12x12...I then added blue splatters....but it was too much. I then cut the 12x12 into circles and foam taped (some of them ) to the LO. I added a black line around the two and used an old rub-on for the words. TFL!! Have a great day!!
