6-30-10...This krazy person flies this Mary Poppins-looking contraption near my house when there isn't much wind. It's kinda scary to hear his little motor sputter and cut out then take off again. I've seen him three different time and this is the best photo I've been able to get. He flew right over my house but by the time I grabbed the camera and got outside he was almost out of range.
