This uses a pre-made scalloped notecard (pack of six at Target for $1) that I doctored up. :) It is actually for a 30th birthday, not 20th, but this way she'll feel younger, lol. ;-) I inked the cupcake embossing folder with pigment ink before embossing for the airbrush effect.
