Even more amazing is the Spirit's ability to minister to us at difficult times through small channels like this one. I guess I needed to hear it again, and thanks for posting such a beautiful scrapbook page.
Such a lovely page and wonderful text too. I am new to scapbooking and can't wait to put scripture to scrap if you understand my meaning. The hardest bit will be choosing which one.
I love this soo much for so many reasons. God's undeserved grace is something I will try to understand the rest of my life. I really love all of your choices here, especially that amazing verse that I'm ashamed to say I don't remember ever reading. That cross charm is an amazing focal point - please share where you got that - I have a cross punch but have difficulty finding good cross embelllies.
For my page this week, I picked a scripture that truly spoke to me! God doesn’t stay angry forever but He delights in showing mercy, and He hurls our iniquities into the depths of the sea. How amazing is that?
Micah 7:18-19 "Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea."
And for my page I used the amazing Memory Box Jubilee papers and fun jewels! I added the Cross charm to remind me of how He forgave even on the Cross. The leaves/vine symbolize to me that as I obey Him and forgive others, I grow and thrive in my walk with Him. I hope you will join us in the study and challenge. You can see the study here:
