Journaling reads:

Do we ever give our hands the recognition they deserve?

Sure they may be battered and have scars, have nails that are a little less than desirable, but they are the hardest working part we have. Here is a list of some of the biggies my hands have accomplished:

*they accepted my wedding ring 20 years ago
*they have caressed those I love
*they have held more than 300 children
*they have wiped tears and fixed boo-boos
*they prepare the meals that nourish my family,
friends and pets
*they have stopped me from falling
*they have helped me communicate on the internet
with family and friends
*they help me create…….memories that will be here long after I am.

So this is my tribute to my hands….they are
my favorite part. What have your hands done for you?

Techniques: hand drew swirls amd circle to mimic HS stamps, for the word "my" Basic Grey monograms were copied at 50% and used as a template on SEI paper.
