This is my dad and Elias walking together. The pics on the right, Elias had a rock in his shoe, and when dad stopped to get it out, Elias accidently kicked his tea and knocked it over. Dad just took the rock out of Elias' shoe, then they took off walking back to the campground together. These pics are really special to me and it took forever trying to make the perfect LO to display them.

The poem reads: I like to walk with Papaw, his steps are short like mine. He doesn't say "Now hurry up." He always takes his time. Most people are in a hurry, they do not stop and see; I'm glad God gave me you Papaw, to take your time with me.

I changed the last two lines of the original poem, as I didn't think they made sense. I made the poem block in Microsoft Word and trimmed the gravel out of the pic for it. The paper is lemon grass by crate paper. I cut the frames and title and cattails on my sil. Distressed all the papers and mats with my distrezz-it-all and then inked the edges with tea dye. The greenery is from WM and all the flowers I made myself. I made a tutorial for the one on the top right corner left hand page...a video tutorial without sound, so if I can figure out how to get it on my blog, I will and just write out instructions to go with it.

The title I used distressed walnut stain embossing powder on, then covered it with crystal lacquer.
