Lately I have been so inspired by the beauty of cherry blossoms, so I researched a book that has a these wonderful flowers made with punches. So I ordered a bunch and started playing with them. I changed the design a little to suit the look that I wanted and I think they turned out really cute! The butterflies are dusty attic and I have information of my blog on how I finished them. I did 2 very different finishes for this l/o. The top butterfly is glittery and glossy and the other is weathered and crackled with hot pink underneath. The thing I love about dusty attic chipboard is they really hold up to a lot of experimenting. The diecut of the cherry blossom branch with the 2 birds is made using my cricut and "Sure cuts a lot" software. I just upgraded to the new version and it is a lot easier than it was when it first came out.
