I bet you and ginger are a hoot together! Love your title here and love how you made a big sun, and of course that pic of ginger is priceless! love all you flowers!
I can think of a few more words for the votes: talent, happy, artistic, novel use of plate divider! You'll enjoy this layout for a long time. So glad you had fun with this.
I love your idea for the use of the cardboard. I have a stack of them in my cupboards under some plates. I will have to take them down and put them to better use - all because of your cute layout. Very fun!
you did a fabulous job with the sun! I love finding tidbits not intended to be on a scrapbook page but then it ends up working out beautifully! great job!!
Love your lo. The title of the layout really hit home with me. I want to use it as my matra( I think thats the word) Anyway I want to use it as one of my life lessons and I want to incorporate it into my daily life. Thanks for giving me the inspiration.
I so wish my brain worked that way. I just don't 'see' things that way. That is exactly what it looks like. That sun with your handmade flowers really make this LO AWESOME! Such a fun picture of Ginger too.
My sister, Ginger, acting silly with her birthday ice cream. June 2010 The cardboard sun is a divider that came with a box of new plates I bought. I thought it looked like a sun, so a layout was born! :D I used yellow and white paint, and various Glimmer Mists to give it a sunny look.
I made the teal fabric rosette and the orange pipecleaner flower. (The organza lollipop flower is from an Etsy dealer called Milky Supplies.)
