SHCG: Ah, yes, we know all too well the power of the ukulele as it was part of our wedding ceremony and made my dad teary eyed. I love that you captured its power by having a few weepy examples facing the uke. My only critique is that I'd like to see Shirley anchored, maybe by moving Esti up to her to fill up the space a little between Shirley and the woman below her. Very thoughtful of her to include your wedding song, and no doubt there wasn't a dry eye in the house when you spoke.
My entire out-of-state immediate family came to NYC for Xmas 07. This was particularly meaningful because they all live faraway, & not all of them could attend our 04 destination wedding & meet my in-laws. So we had a big family party (w/ a few close friends) on 12/23/07 & enjoyed various gatherings for the week.
My sis-in-law gave me this photo album (9.25x8 pages) which records audio clips, so I decided to scrap the week in the album. My family did the 15-seconds-long audio clips which were a wonderful, sometimes hilarious, addition to the album. I kept the patterned red background on the left pages because I liked how it looked (& to conserve on my own paper!). I blurred out some surnames for privacy.

THESE PAGES Continuation of the holiday party!
Audio - Sis 1: This is Shirley & we were totally rockin it out at this party, people were dancing, people were playing instruments & singing & it was all a fun time. And I cant wait to do this again w/ the family & friends.
