Thanks for the comments, ladies! I added a brief descrpition on how I made it and yes, it is very sturdy and holds a lot, lol. Currently, it's holding about 90-100 items and is maybe 1/4 full.

Homemade Clip It Up

I made this using a spinning rack I purchased from a store that went out of business. I found 11" metal hoops at Joann's and attached them to the different levels of the rack using wire and a bit of hot glue. The whole thing cost about $20 to make, excluding the clips (14/$5 at Lowe's).
