You may be right on the name of the punch. I love it. Actually some of the other punches might work too. Thanks for the comment.
This was scraplifted from someone in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I never met her, but I thank her. It is a trifold card. I uploaded 3 images of it to show the technique better. The card is 5" high and 12" long unfolded.....5" high by 4" wide folded. I used a Martha Steward border punch for the top edge. I thought the name of the punch was "Eyelet", but it didn't match the one in the products listed here. I used K & C Company, Amy Butler's Designer Paper Pad 12x12. The green flower on the front is from Bazzill's paper flowers: 2" Daisy Hillary. Some of the unmounted rubber stamps are See D's. The other stamps and the ribbon are from my collection.
