I like those as long as I have gas to find my way out. LOL Great memory. You cant depend on those GPS s sometimes mine was telling me to turn left and it was a 50 to 100 feet drop. LOL Great LO I love using maps
I always tell my kids were not lost were taking the scenic route ....funny you named your gps cuz we named ours and everytime the kids say something about abby people ask who that is and I say our gps people think we are nuts.
My BFF and I took a road trip from AR to KS last summer. On our first day out we got a little lost which is very difficult to do with a GPS!! The journaling reads: Nicole and I were on Higway 71 NB in Missouri. I saw a sign the I thought said "Quilt Bonanza, next exit , left 6 miles" So off we went on our advetnrue until about 5 miles out when we were getting farther and farther out to no-where. Finally, Toto (our name for the TomTom GPS) announced w were 'OFF THE GRID". Nicole called her husband and he explained how to check for coverage. 10 Satillites could not find us. Oooops we were LOST.
