Journaling reads: "While Jerry was working in New Orleans, I went down to stay with him for three weeks! These photos were made the day after I arrived. We had taken a ride down toward the coast along the Mississippi River. Then we returned to the older part of Gretna, where we found this great little park to have our picnic. This was the first time that I hadn't spent Mother's Day with the children. But, it was also the first time, since having children, that Jerry and I had been able to spend extended time alone together." May 9, 2010

The bg pp was some I got years ago at the $ store. I added lots of doodles to the design, Then added some stickers (lemonade glasses and pitcher, watermelon, sandwiches), added brads to the basket handles; the ants are brads and stickers; some of the flowers are stickers; and I added bling to the flower centers. The lettering is rubons and thickers; The string of the kite is stitched with red DMC. Thanks for looking!!!
