Ring: Generic keychain ring from WalMart
Adhesive: Diamond Glaze

I tied all the ribbons on to the ring, but they wouldn't stay tight, so I tightened them all up and put a teeny tiny dab of Diamond Glaze on the back of each knot, kind of pulling them tight every so often, until the glue dried and they would stay tight. Once dry, I put another bit of DG on the back of the ring and placed it on the card. I weighted it down with a large punch overnight until the DG dried. Then I drew the smiley face.
Inside, I wrote by hand "Just a little sunshine to brighten your day".
