The yucca plants in our park area bloomed really early this year and have since turned brown and wilted! These are beautiful!

They are pretty blooms. Mine hasn't bloomed for a while either come to think of it. Probably because it gets mowed over, lol!

POD...AUG #2/15...Yucca

8-1-10...Blooms of a Yucca plant...also called Spanish Bayonet because it has very stiff, sharp sword-like leaves. The blooms have very little scent but they sure are pretty. This is growing at the edge of my yard...this is the first time in 5 years that it has bloomed. [P8012204]
