These are photos of my grandparents. the one of the left was taken in the early 1940's and the one on the left in the early 60's. My father's parents were a very close part of my life. My grandfather passed when I was about 13 but my grandmother lived to see me married. She lived with me and my family from the time my gf passed so we were very close as I grew up. She was really my best friend, my confidant and other than my father, the closest person to me in my life! I still miss her every day and wished she could have lived to see my children, but I was so lucky to have to to myself for so many wonderful years. TFL!!!
