Well if I did a Wedding Lo of hubby's parents then it only seemed right to do one of my own! I'm still playing with the Capella line by BG, just used the green/peachy papers this time. Mom and Dad had a very small wedding and photos were very limited to pick from unfortunately. I had to fool with this one quite a bit just to make it useable. The little love birds branch was made from a cheap $1 stencil that I found at Dollarama last week . I LOOOOVE the little flowers I made to decorate the branch { self praise is better than no praise LOL}. Used lots of techniques on this ...machine sewing on the pages, hand sewing to make the peach ruffle around the die cut, died the lace to match, punchwork, stickled and liquid pearled to pieces, blah blah blah ... You can find a tutorial on how to make these cute little blooms on my blog http;//michellesscrapbits.blogspot.com . The pics there are a little far away { told you I'm technologically challenged! } but if you click on the individual pics once you are there, then they open up a nice size. TFL!!! BTW, for the record ...my dad is NOT abnormally short... Mom is sitting on his lap in this photo LOL!
