You have created a lovely page for that very interesting photo. Makes you wonder what life was like back in their time..I like the paper choices and the journaling strips..that orange strip of paper just really sets the whole page off, perfect touch!!! You did a great job chalking to get the flower the right colors..
This layout turned out great! I love that you journaled a little about it for future generations to read. Great job on the flower too! Thanks for sharing!
I really enjoyed looking at the photo...love these old ones and just gazing at them and thinking about them standing there and wondering how it all was for them. TFS. Beautiful layout.
Wow -- that is an amazing picture -- I totally love the font that you used for their names. It is perfect -- could you share the name please. Great job on the flower
So cool!!!!! I love, love the photo of your great trandparents - what a treasure!!!! And you scrapped it beautifully. Very clever to chalk the flower to match!
This lo is for the Aug. Heritage Challenge. Love this picture of my great-great-grandparents and their family. My grandmother had wrote on the back that the split log house they were in front of was built in 1892! I didn't have the right color of flower, so I chalked some.
