I Love How You Muted Down The Beautiful BG With Vellum & Kept The Focus On The Sweet Photo! The Title Work Is So Great Too! Perfect Positioning Of The Letters!
This is Jolies first time outside in the grass, she enjoyed it... especially pulling the grass and flowers and trying to eat them. :D
For the Round Robin scraplift challenge I lifted Ncyankees layout Cheers (in Russian). I liked how her photo was matted in a photo so I took pictures I had taken this spring of my daisies and matted the photo with them. The flowers on their own were a bit too bright so I covered the entire background with a piece of vellum. I also liked the circle accents that she had around her photo and added a few as trails for the butterfly. Her journaling had been done in a spiral, I added mine to the outside of the trail circle.
For the August Use your supplies challenge one of the weeks was to use stamps, 3 different ones. I stamped the butterfly, the word 'baby', and the word 'its' onto transparency and embossed them with glitter embossing powder. The trail of the butterfly was also created with another tiny stamp from the same set as the butterfly that was for creating another bugs antenna.
