Vija - you look absolutely MARVELOUS!!! Saw this lo on the home page when i logged on this a.m. and fell in love with it the moment i saw it. I LOVE your beautiful flowers and vines. I agree with Sharon - glad we could inspire you - you have created an AWESOME lo about U. TFS.
Oh my goodness!!!!!! I absolutely LOVE this!!!!! I am so happy that Vickie and I could inspire you make this beautiful layout! (Now I have to go to the blogs you mentioned and start making flowers and vines!) I love all of your photos, and espeically like seeing your different hair styles! You look just as pretty today as you did the day you were born!!
Me from the 1950's to 2010's Finally...after almost 3 months of not having done any new scrapping I was inspired to scrap again and not only that, although there was a fair amount of hesitation, I did a layout about me. I had a lot of insperation from my wonderful scrapbooking friends here and would like to thank them. Firstly, the theme of the layout was inspired by the wonderful layouts both Vickie (HappyGoLucky) & Sharon (Fritchey) posted on the same day of their own 'time line'. Although, I think unfortunatley, I date back to further decades!! I also would like to thank the wonderful and generous ladies who share their techniques on their blogs for the less creative scrappers like me to follow. Jackie (Anderjackie) has really clear and easy to follow photos & instructions on how to make the large aqua flower that I made. And the vine was made from napkins as shown on Lidia's blog (Rainbow151) and although mine did all fall apart (maybe the napkins are stronger in the U.S. ?) I was able to piece it together and I am really pleased with the final results. So thankyou so much all you kind & generous ladies who share your creativity with the rest of us.
