I absolutely adored canadian candy's shoe, this is my first try and not nearly as ornate. I wanted a smaller size so I found the tutorial and got a basic idea and made my own template - the original is about 8" mine turned out at about 5 1/2" The original pattern came from the blog "Artful Affirmations" by Terri here is the direct link:

(This is on 8 1/2 x 11 paper to show the smaller size) The patterned paper is my shoe and the other is done by my BF's 8y old daughter.
I also added a template for a more modern looking shoe (haven't tried it yet tho)
