It was my bfs birthday. I cut the candles from plantin schoolbook and made the marks on them with a ink pen, the flame for the candles are from indie art I cut the rain drop on black out. The letters are from Pooh font. I did the journaling around the pictures I don't know if you can see. The scalloped circle is from home decor and I just put a circle on top from plantin schoolbook. I also just punched holes in the scalloped circle and threaded the ribbon through. Thanks for looking :]
