Justin's friend Brett drove up from Kentucky last weekend to help Justin build our new fence! Brett has installed two fences before, so his expertise was very much needed and appreciated. They worked the entire weekend, and I took Brett's wife Kristy to a nail salon, Noodles & Company, and the mall!
Since we are getting a Greyhound, we have to get an actual fence. The Greyhound rescue group does not require that we get a fence, but Greyhounds must be either fenced in, or leashed, at all times when outdoors because of the nature of their breed. (By the way, Justin saved nearly $2000 by building the fence himself - instead of going with a fence contractor!)
Journaling reads:

Because of the traits of Sighthounds, they cannot use
an invisible fence.
Our new Greyhound baby better like our cedar picket-
it was all for him/her!"
