Another two page layout with pics from my July vacation. These are all pics taken in London and things that Randy and I really enjoyed about our visit there. The layout idea came from my recent Scrapbooks, Etc magazine. The second page was supposed to be just photos in a photo sleeve, but I decided to change it and make a simple grid. I used our Tube tickets and the cute little Union Jack flag was a gift from my wonderful friend, Rachel.
The journaling reads: Randy and I loved exploring London together. Even though it was extremely crowded with tourists (like us), we were able to see and do a lot in the two days we had. Some favorites that I will always remember are: the Tube reminder to "mind the gap" and red telephone booths; dinner with Rachel and Neil; and fish and chips with malt vinegar. Other favorites listed on the second page are: no frizzy hair (!!!), the OLD buildings, Pimm's Lemonade, and St. Paul's Cathedral.
