My son and granddaughter on vacation last month in Bradley Beach, Delaware… The adoration in the title is mutual: she loves her “Da” and he thinks that she's the most perfect little girl in the world!!!!!

This is my entry in the August Swirlydoos sketch challenge, based on the beautiful sketch by Beggahuna. All but the title alphas (from the Cricut Elegant Cakes cartridge), the distress ink, the alcohol ink, and the stamped image are from this and previous Swirlydoos kits.
These images may look familiar: I fell in love with them on Lisa (StarSailor)'s latest layouts and just had to have that stamp!!! I used them on a transparency and colored them with alcohol ink. Then, using Robin (Robinzbirz)'s advice, I cut them close to the edges.
I learned how to make these wonderful glossy frames from another Swirly Sister, Kathi (Kathi2). They're embossed with the Texture Fades, inked with the distress pads and then coated with Glossy Accents.
(The butterfly is courtesy of Lisa, with some GA and Diamond Dust for sparkle and shine and a few drops of Liquid Pearls down the center.)
