Give a Cheer
I love the word bubble on the FP Like Father Like Son cards paper. When I saw it, I knew I had to use it to record one of the many funny things my daughters say. Well, Josie came up with a great one the other day. She announced, "I wanna go time out!" Usually I'm the one to tell her she needs a time out, but she took it upon herself to make that decision. Too funny! So, I took her quote and used it as the title of my layout, using the word bubble as part of the title. I also used part of one of the cards to record where we were and the year (to the right of the title).
journaling reads: You were getting tired and you started to throw a fit. You stomped your foot and announed, "I wanna go time out!" I didn't argue with you. That's just what you needed. I little rest on the bench and you were in a much better mood. I know how you feel little Josie. Sometimes Mama needs a time out too.
