What a fun page!!! Makes me think of going to the fair when I was young. Love the photos!!! You know you got me smiling when I saw the one for funnel cakes!!!
We went to the Fair and I always enjoy the arts and crafts exhibits. I looked at cakes, pies, breads, flowers, photos, paintings, scrapbook pages,, quilts. etc. Freddie Farm Bureau is huge fellow greeting everyone as they arrive. He used to scare me as a child. Of course there are always horses, pigs, chickens etc. but best of all: corn dogs, funnel cakes, pork burgers and this year hamburgers on Krispy Kreme donuts. I wanted a sort of rustic look for the layout so I chose some cardboard and used some animals from the state fair poster. The date is from a picture of Freedom Hall that I took while eating my corn dog outside the front entrance. Fun evening and the weather was great.
