I was feeling very frustrated after having to deal with the school and the medical/administrative professionals who deal with my special-needs daughter's case. Nobody seemed to do what anybody else was doing, least of all me. So I mentally tore up some paper and burned it. The chicken wire describes my feeling of being trapped. The red tape is holding things up, and the scream is a scream.
The torn paper templates are Torn Bits by Creashens (and they are SO awesome!). The papers are from Commercial Use Collections 3, 9, and 10 by Paula Kesselring. Journal paper and ink splats are from Paula Kesselring's Oldies #1. Red tag in the upper right corner is from Paula Kesselring's Old Price Stickers. The chicken wire, alpha, and red tape are from Paula Kesselring's Metallica kit. Scream is from Holliewood Studios' Void kit, and the Frame is from Holliewood Studios' Love and War kit.
