I used holographic paper for the water, and separated the layers with double sided sticky foam. I used SCAL and my cricut to cut out the big fish, seahorse, the Umbrella, and the Sun. My hubby made the clouds . The seawead and smaller fish/starfish at the bottom are stickers.
