I traced the scalloped edge pattern onto the brown cardstock, cut, and distressed the edge using a razor blade. I also slightly distressed the edge of the white cardstock. I folded the blue strip "accordion" style and stretched it back out for a crimped look. I covered the chipboard shape with patterned paper and adhered it as well as the letters and bow.
