Our great grandson, Nolan, when he was about 12 or 14 months old. I used BG papers. Title letters are thickers. I added some faux stitching tape from Daisy D from my stash. Did a little distressing and inking, added a few brads and some doodling. Small scalloped edge is the Fiskar border punch. Large scallops were created by punching 2" circles and layering them behind a strip of navy cardstock, then I attached the 1.5" circles (which were inked and doodled on) on top of the larger circles with pop dots. I also added photo turns on the photo.
