A photo I just love of my little boy, Patrick. The flowers have words describing his colorful personality. The bottom bit of black is slightly cut-off, I will try to rescan again to show the uniformity of the grid background. In the meantime, THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Often, parents expect their biological child to be similar to them.
As such, we expected a fairly sedentary, quiet, studious boy. What did we get….YOU! A spectacular little boy — just not really like us. You are so full of life and energy. You are very outgoing and you seem to bring a party wherever you go. One neighbor even calls you “The Ambassador.” We adore your sweet, nurturing side with Caroline. Your athletic, goofy and EXTREMEMLY enthusiastic personality never ceases to amaze and delight us. No, you are not what we expected....you are much, much more. You are our...COLORFUL kid.
