Give a Cheer
Card made using one of the Tattered Angels Tags: Frames and Flourishes. The twill flower is made from Pink Paislee Pleated Ribbon. I cut slits all along one side of the ribbon, I didn't cut passed the stitching that runs down the middle of the ribbon. Then I rolled the ribbon into a flower (using the same technique you would use to make those rolled paper or ribbon flowers that are very popular right now).
