On this project , I used 7 Gypsies paper to make the top of the hat. This paper is absolute beautiful, It's velvet and very easy to work with. The brim is made of black card-
stock, from Coredinations "the Core collection".
Added some ribbon, a Maya Road pin , a feather and that Voilla.
