I took this Best Creation border paper and cut down the sides to make it card size and used their solid glitter papers in black and orange and a stripe to mat the cute new stamp from Whipper Snapper. I even added a extra little hat for the ghost and a cute ribbon bow with Happy Halloween to go on it! Hope you like it!!
