I got the idea for this layout from someone on this website then changed it with my own ideas. Used Cricut Happy Hauntings cartridge for the ghosts ... put silver cuts behind white that was cut out of velvet. Black background was embossed with cuttlebug distressed stripes. I edged white card stock with silver leafing pen before gluing black mat down. I cut the window frames free hand. Both white and silver frames are the same size then offset.
