Ellie finds a home

This is my dog Ellie. I found her on the side of the road in the middle of a thunderstorm. She was very wet and very scared. I took her around to all the neighbors in the area to make sure nobody claimed her. I took her home and that was it!!

journaling reads - On a Sunday drive I spotted a dog running up the bank scared from the sound of my car. I went to the end of the road & turned around. I called for the dog. It didn't come. I met a jeep. I thought they got the dog. I went on my way and tried not to worry about the dog. Driving through the same area again, I turned right and in the middle of the road was a brown dog. I stopped. This was the same dog from earlier. The weather had been bad and I knew the dog was afraid. I gave her a couple treats that I had in my car. I started driving to all the houses around to find her owner. Nobody in the area claimed her. I took her home with me and Ellie has been such a sweet dog. She's very smar and caught on to basic commands very quickly. How could anyone toss this face on the side of the road?
