I found all of these at Target - not only do they have 8-sheet packs of great coordinating paper in the Dollar Spot area, but also in the Scrapbooking area as well. One set is for the kids' sports, and I bought chipboard alphabets to match; one's an 8-sheet set of coordinating black/white with pretty flowers and birds, a great reflective set of 2 blue sheets I'm going to use for water on my beach pages, some Halloween glittery papers and ribbons, Springtime rub-ons and coordinating 8x8 papers, and a really pretty 8-pack set of papers in purples, muted blues and browns.
