Finally! I have completed this project. Deb, this is yours.
The dowel was not easy to make. After several layers of spray paint, I added gold rick rak, black chinese braid, purple sequin, black beading, a lace bow that I made and a satin bow up top. The bottom has some marabou boa for a finishing touch. I wanted to add a purple feather to the side but it didn't look right as there are so many feathers on the top of the mask. Hope you like everything!
