My first paper shoe. Thanks to Mrs. Bean for the link to "artfulaffirmations.blogspot.com", the rick-rack and heel she provided for this project, and for the quality time we spent together sharing this hobby. Small changes were made to the template but improvement is still needed. My plan is to make a few of these, fill a gauze bag with hand-made soap, candies, chocolates, lavender, etc. for first-time, female guests at our house. I added sparkles to the inside of the heel but, unfortunately, it does not show well here. The inside sole of the shoe is lined with satin, and trimmed with a thin, soft strip of non-slip fabric.

I know I'm late on the "make a shoe" bandwagon, but I am having trouble with hand cramps and have not been scrapbooking for a few weeks. TFL
