MINI OCT...POD...8 Unexpected...Shipping label

10-6-10...I made a photo album using a company called Artscow. They have an address in Hong Kong and one in Houston, TX. When the package arrived the postmark was from Hong Kong. The address label has a customs declaration statement attached and the postage label says $56.10...holy cow!!! Of course, I was expecting the package but coming from Hong Kong was totally UNEXPECTED!! [PA069074]
