Gertrude's dress led itself to the plaid showing up the best, since it's the largest skirt in Guylou's collection of these pretty ladies. You can find Gertrude here: http://guylousinimitabilitystore.blogspot.com/
I paper pieced her skirt and used a black stardust pen to outline her dress, bling up her belt, and add sparkle to her shoes. It's hard to tell in this pic, though.
