Happy Halloween! Get your glitz on...

I have not played with glitter in years, but I don't know why I don't play more often; probably because I like instant gratification :) It is really pretty easy. I have a few two "rules" I follow:

1. Choose an image with bold solid lines.
2. Allow drying time between glitter colors.
