I used the Elmo's Party Cricut Cartridge for Elmo, present and the envelope. I cut the 'happy birthday' from a Sizzix Sizzlits Die. I used my Big Kick to emboss the black cardstock with 'dashes'. Elmo has google eyes to add a cute element!
