This card is another one I made using a cutout embellishment - the blue box with candles is all one cutout, I matted it on yellow and then light blue. I ran some wired ribbon around the front of the card, so that a little bit stuck out on the right hand side - this made a cute little flap with which to close the card (by tucking the ribbon around the back of the card).
the inside of the card was stamped with "Happy Birthday!" using a stampin' up! stamp.
